How it is laid out
The Arena Penthouse takes up the top floor of the building and is the largest space we have. It suits groups of 8 guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, or 11 guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Every bathroom has a shower, towels, soap, a hairdryer and hot water, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

House rules
- Check-in with our staff: 15:30 – 18:30
- Self check-in with the entrance keypad: after 18:30
- Check-out: by 10:00
- No smoking inside the units
- Parties and events are not allowed
- Small pets welcome, please tell us in advance
- Every unit is cleaned and ozone-treated immediately after guests leave
Deposit and cancellation
A deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due seven days before arrival. Cancel more than seven days before arrival and the deposit is refunded in full. The Arena Penthouse is booked by phone under the same terms. For group stays we agree the payment schedule and amounts when we send the quote.
