How it is laid out
Giulietta is a five-person apartment on the first floor of the building. It has one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower. From the front door, Piazza Bra is a four-minute walk.

The bedroom has a double bed plus a single futon, and the double sofa bed in the living room adds two more places, five in total. The single bathroom comes with a shower, towels, soap, a hairdryer and hot water. The kitchen is a separate room and equipped for real cooking, not just reheating.

- Check-out: by 10:00
- No smoking inside the units
- Parties and events are not allowed
- Small pets welcome, please tell us in advance
- Every unit is cleaned and ozone-treated immediately after guests leave
Deposit and cancellation
A deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due seven days before arrival. Cancel more than seven days before arrival and the deposit is refunded in full. The Arena Penthouse is booked by phone under the same terms. For group stays we agree the payment schedule and amounts when we send the quote.
